He also holds the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), reinforcing his ability to align backend operations with learner needs.

Siti Zubaidah Binte Abdullah serves as Finance Officer and Instructor, uniquely combining financial stewardship with front-line instructional delivery. With a strong grasp of funding structures, grant compliance, and invoicing systems, she ensures smooth financial operations for training programmes while upholding regulatory accuracy and efficiency. Simultaneously, as a certified Instructor in Standard First Aid and Child First Aid, Zubaidah brings direct learner engagement into her portfolio, delivering critical life-saving skills with professionalism and empathy. Siti Nur Aisyah Binte Muhammad Johari brings frontline medical experience to her role as Course Management Officer, combining clinical insight with strong operational support. Trained as a Medic and certified with an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) qualification, she contributes hands-on knowledge to enhance the realism and relevance of training delivery. As a certified Instructor in Standard First Aid and Child First Aid, and a holder of the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Aisyah plays a key role in ensuring that learners receive both administrative guidance and medically accurate instruction throughout their training journey.

Nur Insyirah Binte Abd Rahim plays a dual role as Marketing Officer and Ambulance Driver, contributing both to the outreach efforts of the organization and its operational mobility. With certification as a BCLS+AED Instructor, she supports public engagement initiatives with credible first aid knowledge, while also ensuring safe and timely transport during healthcare-related events.
