Singapore's trusted first aid trainers — since 2008.
Learn · Acquire · Apply
We are a founder-led, SRFAC-accredited training provider based in Changi Road, with four dedicated classrooms and a team of twelve. For over 17 years, our instructors have certified more than 10,000 participants — from preschool educators and construction safety officers to coaches, healthcare professionals, and members of the public preparing for the unexpected.

Outcomes-oriented first aid training. Built around what you can do — not just what you can pass.
Most participants enrol because certification is required — for the workplace, childcare licensing, or coaching accreditation. They leave with something that outlasts the certificate: the practical confidence to respond when it matters. Our client's-first attitude is reflected in over 85% repeat engagement.

Meet the Founder
Four decades of teaching people to save lives — led by one conviction.
Mohamed Hussain Bin Ismail founded MHI Training Master in 2008 with a clear principle: a first aid certificate is only as good as what the person holding it can actually do when an emergency happens. Over four decades, that conviction has shaped everything from our curriculum to our class sizes.
He earned his Master's in Education from the University of Sheffield in 1996, is a registered SRFAC Instructor (#659053), and is certified as an adult educator through ACTA and DACE. He serves as Chief Instructor for Standard First Aid, Child First Aid, and BCLS+AED — and his work has shaped not just our courses, but the next generation of first aid instructors across Singapore.
"There's a misconception that e-learning alone is enough to learn first aid. It isn't. The practical session is where it becomes real — and that's where most providers cut corners."

Our Approach
Learn. Acquire. Apply.
Our ethos is a three-stage method, not a slogan. Most first aid courses are designed around a pass mark; ours are designed around what you'll remember — and act on — when the pass mark is the last thing on your mind.
01 — Learn
Theory online. Foundations first, on your schedule.
E-learning handles the knowledge layer so classroom time isn't spent watching slides. Participants build the foundation at their own pace — but as our founder puts it, e-learning alone is never enough. The classroom is where it becomes real.
02 — Acquire
Hands-on practice in small classes — every learner, every drill.
Class sizes are deliberately limited so every learner performs CPR, AED use, choking response, bandaging, and fracture management on adult, child, and infant manikins. Additional CPR practice is built in before assessment if needed — we don't lower the bar, we raise the practice.
03 — Apply
SRFAC assessment, then a free refresher to keep skills sharp.
SRFAC face-to-face assessment with a 99.9% internal pass rate. Then, through our First Aid By MHI sticker programme, certified learners can return at the 5–7 month mark for a free CPR+AED refresher — because muscle memory fades long before a 2-year certificate does.
By the Numbers
The receipts behind the trust.
We don't say we're effective — we measure it. Every figure here is drawn from our internal records, course assessments, and external ISO audits.

Excellent place to take up the First Aid course. All the instructors are very patient and knowledgable.
They ensure that every participant understands the course well. Been taking my first aid course and my refresher course here for years, they never disappoint.

Jason Lam
The course was well-structured, and the instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and engaging.
They made sure that all participants were comfortable with the material and confident in performing CPR and using an AED. Thank you for organizing such a fantastic and impactful training session!

Salisa Saptu
Very good training experience. Trainers were bilingual, amazingly patient, very engaging and made the entire training session enjoyable and illuminating.
Must make this a compulsory course for everyone to attend.

A well blended theory and practical first aid session. This allows the learning to come alive as we see, we may forget but when we do, we remember.
Instructors are friendly and approachable in guiding us to do CPR efficiently and how to use the AED well.
See you in 2 years time. 🙃

Aqilah Norazman
This is my second time at MHI Training Master for my First Aid course and I love how they can condense the knowledge and make an otherwise heavy topic fun and engaging and simple to grasp so you can be a confident first aider.

I have always enjoyed coming to PKMS building, to do training under MHI Training Master!. I truly enjoyed, the Refresher course, instructors are very hands on and clear in their teachings. I learn a lot with the sharings and questions we had in class. Lessons are full of clarity and I am confident to perform first aid to anyone especially the younger children under my care. I have done them so far, minor or major, i prayed hard, i don't have to perform any with precautions, and preventions that i often take and foresee at any situation. But if there are inshaallah i will!.Thank you instructors for the teachings, and sharings and all.:)
