Learning Objectives
Our engaging blend of theory and practical training will empower you to:
Identify the root causes of various injuries
Administer basic first aid independently
Perform adult CPR and operate an AED effectively
Manage foreign body airway obstructions (choking) in both conscious and unconscious adults

Our Occupational First Aid course is available in two formats:
New Participants: For individual new to First Aid.
Refresher Course: For individuals with certification issued within the last two years.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion after successfully completing the course.

The certification is valid
for 2 years.
Who should attend
this course?
Under the Workplace Safety and Health (First-Aid) Regulations, workplaces with more than 25 employees must have First Aiders available during work hours. The Occupational First Aid Course is a mandatory training for these designated First Aiders.
