STANDARD FIRST AID + AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATOR
COURSE OVERVIEW & DURATION
MHI Training Master is an accredited training provider to conduct Standard First Aid +AED Course by Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) and National Resuscitation Council (NRC) for National Registry of Coaches (NROC), Singapore Sports Council (SSC). The 8 hours per day (Standard First Aid +AED) course is designed to provide the necessary first aid skills and ability to render first aid treatment to a casualty when the need arises.
Participants are required to fulfill the following criteria before a Standard First Aid + AED Certificates are awarded.
- Attain 100% attendance in order to sit for the assessment.
- Attain 80% for both SFA and CPR+AED theory assessment. Pass for all practical components.
Those who fail any of the components will be allowed a 2nd attempt on the same assessment date. Those who fail on the 2nd attempt will be required to take a reassessment on.
The cost for each participant is $180.00 for new and refresher. Singaporeans are eligible for SkillsFuture funding.
The certificate is valid for 2 years. The Standard First Aid + AED course is accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) for the National Registry of Coaches (NROC) for 2018/2019.
